什麼是 COSCUP?
COSCUP 是由台灣開放原始碼社群聯合推動的年度研討會，起源於 2006 年，是台灣自由軟體運動 (FOSSM) 重要的推動者之一。活動包括有講座、攤位、社團同樂會等，除了邀請國際的重量級演講者之外，台灣本土的自由軟體推動者也經常在此發表演說，會議的發起人、工作人員與講者都是志願參與的志工。COSCUP 的宗旨在於提供一個聯結開放原始碼開發者、使用者與推廣者的平台。希望藉由每年一度的研討會，來推動自由及開放原始碼軟體 (FLOSS)。由於有許多贊助商及熱心捐助者，所有議程都是免費參加。

eBPF-based Container Networking

中文簡述：Extended BPF (eBPF) 是實現軟體定義網路 (SDN) 技術的一種新型方式，提供強大的能力別且催生了網路、觀測性能及安全技術行業。在過去的幾年裡，有非常多技術可以驅動 SDN，例如內核網路中的 netfilter、使用 OpenFlow 的 Open vSwitch 以及來自用戶空間的封包處理。本演講將從 SDN 的背景開始，簡要介紹 eXpress Data Path(XDP) 和 eBPF 並將這些技術應用於容器網路。
英文簡述：Extended BPF (eBPF) is a new type of implementation to achieve Software-defined networking(SDN) technique that provides superpower capabilities, birthing an industry of networking, observing performance, and security technologies. For the past years, there were so many techniques to drive SDN, such as Netfilter in kernel networking, Open vSwitch with OpenFlow, and packet processing from user space. This talk will introduce eBPF as a novel SDN technique starting with the background of the SDN, a brief introduction to eXpress Data Path(XDP) and eBPF, and applying those techniques with container networking.

在電子書閱讀器上來點不一樣的瀏覽器 -- EinkBro

中文簡述：電子書閱讀器的畫面更新速度跟一般螢幕比起來慢很多。在這種限制下，如果想要利用它來有效地瀏覽網頁，在功能設計的概念上需要不同的思惟。本議程將會介紹一款開源的瀏覽器 EinkBro，說明它如何考慮到電子紙的特性，實作出一個又一個適合電子書閱讀器的功能。
英文簡述：Comparing to traditional tablets, the screen refresh rate of Eink devices are much slower. With this limitation in mind, if we still want to use Eink devices for surfing the web, we need to adopt different mind set of designing the features. In this session, I will introduce an Open Source project -- EinkBro app, and explain how it's implemented to provide features suitable for Eink devices.

中文簡述：隨著大影片時代開始，人們開始拍攝各種題材的題目，身為創作者的你最痛的點是什麼？影片？題材？對我來說就是字幕問題！人人看影片都需要字幕的部分，那該怎麼減輕上字幕的工作呢？這次就利用 GCP 上的服務(STT, GCS)，分享當中使用的一些眉眉角角，至少先讓你可以擁有一個入門級的字幕，降低大家初期在做影片所花的時間，把精力放多一點到創作上，最後在搭配 video.js 來展示。
英文簡述：What things is your pain point in editing videos? ideas? materials? For me, the pain point is editing subtitles. Everyone watching videos is needed subtitle to help them understand the video content. This session will share some details when using Google STT, GCS...etc, and demo with video.js. Help all of you to create a CC subtitle by GCP services.
